OnePlus 10 Pro benchmarked with announced soon
It will come with 12 GB RAM, Android 12 out of the box, and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. We were pleasantly surprised when this OnePlus phone scored 976 for one core and 3,469 for multiple cores. These numbers are not as good as 1,100+ or 3,600+ that we scored in our OnePlus Nine and OnePlus 9 Pro tests when we tried these phones.
One of the most plausible explanations for the scores is that OnePlus has not yet upgraded its 10 Pro to Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, or at least the phone used for testing is not fully developed. It is also possible that this is a deliberate decision by OnePlus because we have found that the company tends to design phones that perform poorly to prolong battery life.
